Drake rereleased his coveted So Far Gone mixtape to streaming platforms earlier this month and now we have its first week sales numbers.
The mixtape was able to land in the fifth position on Billboard’s Top 200 chart by racking up 45,000 units (7000 traditional sales) in the first seven days. This is Drake’s tenth project to debut in the top ten.
So Far Gone originally arrived in 2009 and was repackaged for its ten year anniversary. The tape holds 18 tracks and features Lil Wayne, Trey Songz, Bun B, Lloyd, Santigold, Omarion, and Lykke Li.
Drizzy can’t stop winning as he earned himself Best Rap Song at the GRAMMYs earlier this month for his RIAA diamond track “God’s Plan.” He also appears in Meek Mill’s video for “Going Bad” and will hit the road with Tory Lanez for their Assassination Vacation Tour beginning April 1st. You can grab tickets here.
Congratulations to Drake and his team on their continued successes. So Far Gone is available on Apple Music, Spotify, and other digital services now.
