Chief Keef is the latest victim in a string of robberies that have been taking place in his Los Angeles neighborhood.
TMZ reports that Sosa and his associates were home last night when three men broke into the residence, but somehow they didn’t hear anything going on.
The robbers were armed and starting their getaway with Keef’s belongings when some plain clothes LAPD officers discovered what was happening and entered the premises. One of the crooks opened fire, but no reports of injury have been made at this time.
Authorities were able to arrest two of the intruders, but one got away with an unknown amount of the Glo Gang rapper’s possessions. The San Fernando Valley area has been plagued with a rash of break-ins over the past few months including the home of Los Angeles Dodgers’ pitcher Yasiel Puig who has been hit several times.
Thankfully Chief Keef and the robbers didn’t cross paths.
