The Weeknd continues to expand his XO Records label by signing Montreal-based singer and producer Black Atlass to the roster.
Although the news hasn’t been officially announced Black Atlass released a new song called “My Life” under the XO banner earlier this month. He’s also been spotted in The Weeknd’s “Secrets” video which came out in June of last year and has made multiple appearances in Puma ads alongside Abel in the past.
This is a big move for Black Atlass whom dropped his Haunted Paradise album under Fool’s Gold back in August of 2016. He will also be featured on Fifty Shades Freed’s soundtrack tomorrow with a Jessie Reyez-assisted song called “Sacrifice.”
Congratulations to all parties involved in Black Atlass’ XO Records deal. “My Life” is available on Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify, and other digital services now.
