Starlito began the week with a video for his Hot Chicken album cut “Family To Feed,” and was later involved in a diner shootout.
News Channel 5 reports that Lito and an associate were recently dining at a Batter’d & Fried restaurant when 36-year-old James Fletcher entered with a friend. Surveillance footage captured an altercation during which Fletcher punched Starlito’s guest in the face, and things quickly escalated into James being shot in the leg.
Although it is unclear as to whether Starlito or his friend pulled the trigger, the Nashville rapper decided to turn himself in to Davidson County officials at 9 AM yesterday morning where he is currently being held on $30,000 bail.
Fletcher was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he was treated for a non-life threatening injury, however remains uncooperative with police.
Starlito was reportedly already out on bail for harassment after posting a photo next to another person’s car tagged with the message “somebody is going to die tonight.”
