Chief Keef can’t keep himself out of legal trouble.
Having finally picked up his driver’s license after six years of cruising around without one, the Los Angeles-based rapper was recently detained while driving a McLaren in Miami following an alleged altercation.
Police officers also supposedly saw one of Keef’s passengers participate in a drug deal and booked the rapper on DUI charges after searching his vehicle and finding marijuana and lean.
Now, TMZ reports that Keef’s failure to appear in court earlier this week has resulted in a warrant being issued for his arrest.
Despite the legal problems, Chief Keef has reconciled with his label FilmOn TV following a suspension in 2015. FilmOn CEO, Alki David, told Billboard“Keef’s crack legal team will work this out. In the meantime Hologram USA is prepared to beam him in wherever he needs to go. Boldly, like no man has gone before.”
