Tyga and his legal team have yet another lawsuit to deal with, this time stemming from a space that he rented in Los Angeles for his Last Kings clothing store.
According to his landlord, the West Coast rapper left the location on Melrose Avenue in shambles when he abandoned it last year, causing around $75,000 worth of damage to the property including ink-stained floors, painted ceilings, and a door painted with Egyptian designs. He also had concerns about ink that was poured down a drain leading to a public sewer and is now seeking the entire damages plus five months unpaid rent.
Tyga claims the landlord is actually the one who is at fault and that his building was not up to code, but this isn’t the first time he’s had issues with his rental agreement. Last year, the “Rack City” artist was sued for $70,000 in back rent for his Calabasas home.
