Big Sean shut down the House Of Blues in Los Angeles last night with a star-studded performance that featured special appearances by Kanye West, J. Cole, Meek Mill, and more.
Fans lined up at 9am to see the Detroit rapper in concert despite being able to catch a free stream over the internet, and they were not disappointed. Big Sean opened the night with a variety of his classic material and solo verses such as “Paradise,” “Mula,” and “Sanctified,” before debuting a new song “Stay Down” and inviting some of his friends to the stage.
Travis Scott joined Sean for “Don’t Play,” and Meek Mill helped pick up the pace with “Dreams & Nightmares (Intro)” and “Burn” before the G.O.O.D. Music artist got back to treating the audience to some of his own work.
The climax of the night was when the crowd was already going crazy to “All Me” and Kanye appeared to perform “I Don’t Like” in his brand new Yeezy Boost sneakers. West and Big Sean then gave the first ever live performance of “Blessings” amid some technical issues that had Kanye yelling “Unprofessional!”
Big Sean ended the show with “IDFWU,” which brought YG, Ty Dolla Sign, DJ Mustard, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Tyga, Travis Scott, and Kanye all back to the stage at once, a perfect way to cap off the eventful evening.
