50 Cent stopped by the Hot 97 Morning Show today to fill us in on all things 50. In the nearly hour-long interview, the G-Unit Records CEO discussed the current state of New York hip hop and addressed the allegations that he has harmed its image. Fif also spoke on how he feels that Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks are what he describes as “hype men” for Troy Ave, but that he also likes the young Brooklyn rapper’s music, he then touched on his beef with Rick Ross and what happened recently when he shared a plane with former Murder Inc head Ja Rule. Curtis is excited for Summer Jam and lends us a little insight into what to expect from his album Animal Ambition dropping June 3rd.
